Transatlantic is a privately held company, located just outside of Cape Town in the Winelands town of Wellington. The company sells quality medical devices and wellness products, sourced from across all corners of the world and then distributed to select pharmaceutical wholesalers throughout South Africa, Botswana, Namibia and Swaziland. These wholesalers supply to pharmacies, medical practitioners, clinics and hospitals. Additionally, our products are also available via leading online stores.

We have been in business since 1997, and trading as Transatlantic Medical Supplies (recently shortened to Transatlantic) since 2007. Our CEO, Maryke Burger, and other key players have been involved in the business from its early days.

We believe that our success lies in the fact that we take every precaution to ensure medical device performance, safety, and compliance. As a result, we operate according to the ISO 13485 quality standards. Attention to detail – a hallmark of Transatlantic – makes our products easy to order, store and use.

With our firm roots in women’s health, it is no surprise that many of our products focus on fertility. Over the years, we have provided customers with quality products, when and where they need it.
